Partnering with the Urban Institute, currently working on a 3 year evaluation of the Transitional Housing Program for the Homeless for the PD&R at the Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Providing Technical Assistance and oversight to the Office of Grants & Contract Management (OGCM) of DOL/ETA. The services are provided to regional and state offices of DOL and grantees to ensure compliance with financial and administrative requirements of ETA programs and the One Stop Operating System.

Providing staff support to the Office of Performance and Technology for ePIC support relating to OMB Exibit 300 submissions, quarterly reviews and ongoing monitoring; and Enterprise Architecture and Security Support related to performance and compliance.

Deployed our revolutionary web-enabled staff scheduling system (SOS) at the US Postal Service (USPS).

Tracked the efficiency of a number of sectors of the Deutsche Post (DPWN) with our Internal Benchmarking System, which was also deployed nationally in their parcel delivery sector.

Provided extensive analysis and advice to the World Bank General Services decision to accelerate improved customer service as they automated their internal corporate support processes.

Established a web-enabled project tracking system with the USPS.
